About Getting I.T. Right

I have been working at the coal face of I.T for over 20 years across most of its disciplines, seeing many projects close to me fail. In my latest role, I've talked to hundreds of clients and found they all have the same issues. I saw this huge problem for New Zealand and mulled over it for over a year or so, and it finally clicked, so I got off my butt to do something about it and launched this website, for us all to contribute and share how to Get I.T. Right!

I am in the fortunate position of knowing a large group of industry experts (over 600 people), spanning all the disciplines of I.T. who have helped to provide the base information. These people are "on the tools" every day and have many years experience each, across the majority of industries and companies with I.T. shops in New Zealand and some international.

Following the best practices on this website, and spreading them across organisations, wide and high, we will raise the bar. The more feedback and contribution, the more useful and powerful the site will be to help New Zealand I.T.! Please add your comments.
